Rowan is a Blades youth who resides in Sancre Tor. Rowan is involved in Requisitions as he leads the player to the Barracks. He again serves in Basic Training by leading the player to the dojo. Once again Rowan comes into service in Master and Apprentice by being eligible for apprenticeship.
